Return & Refund Policy

We want the return process to be clear and straightforward when an eligible order does not work out.

30-Day Return Request Period

You may contact us to request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible, the item should be unused, unworn where applicable, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories where reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, contact service@vorzqeli.com and include:

Your order number.
The item you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Photos where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Do not send a return to an address unless return instructions have first been provided to you.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Returns may not be accepted for items that:

Show signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery.
Are missing significant packaging, parts or included accessories.
Were marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.
Are otherwise excluded where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item appears damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. Where the return is based on a change of mind or incorrect customer selection, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Where we confirm that an incorrect, damaged or defective item was supplied, we will provide the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from an error attributable to us.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
